1. On the Payments page of the Selebrands Booking Dashboard, you’ll find an in-depth summary of all the payments related to your appointments. For ease of analysis or record-keeping, you can download this data as a CSV file by clicking the ‘Export to CSV’ button. The page is equipped with various filters, including Payment Status, Date, Service, Duration, and more, allowing you to efficiently narrow down and locate specific payments. Additionally, for further examination or modifications of individual payments, simply click on the three dots next to a payment entry. This functionality provides a comprehensive view of your transactions and the capability to adjust payment details as required.
Alert: Due to security measures, it is not possible to delete payment entries on the Selebrands Booking Dashboard, regardless of whether the payment has been completed or not.
