1. Selebrands Booking allows the creation of Giftcards that can be offered to customers. These Giftcards correspond to a certain monetary amount and can be used by customers to pay for their appointments, with the cost deducted from the Giftcard balance.

2. Setting Up a Giftcard:

1. Code:

   • Assign a unique code for the Giftcard. This code should be given to only one customer. When used, the service fee will be deducted from the Giftcard’s balance.

2. Amount:

   • Set the monetary value for the Giftcard. This value represents the total balance available on the Giftcard.

3. Location Filter:

   • Select a specific location if you want the Giftcard to be valid only for services offered at that location.

4. Services Filter:

   • Choose a specific service if you want the Giftcard to be applicable solely to that service.

5. Staff Filter:

   • If you want the Giftcard to be used for services provided by a particular staff member, select the appropriate staff.

3. Usage History:

• Track and view the usage history of each Giftcard. This feature allows you to see which customers used the Giftcard and for which appointments.
